Open Question: How much did your dermatologist appointment cost (cash)?

My first appointment this week, it is a dermatologist to see if they can do to my acne. I do not know if my insurance (Blue Shield) will cover it. I have a couple hundred dollars if I want to facilitate the appointment of its own, but I do not know if it will be enough. Has anyone here as the number of such appointments could cost estimate? This is the Duke Dermatology located in Durham, NC – I asked this time, my appointments, but they can not answer these questions.
