Open Question: How to get rid of spots scars?

I had slight acne, I got from the doctor's treatment is very good, and now all my sites have been in the past, a small scar on my face squeeze! Does anyone have any lemon and cucumber, as a special family remedies (never used it, only heard, do not know how it works: S), or any other facial creams.
