Open Question: Dry sensitive skin… ?

Whenever I woke up the morning, my skin off my face. Every day I use spectroderm, when I use Johnson's bedtime puractive bioline and then something. I try to rinse with cold water, removed it with a towel it off, but only for the worst so that my face does not help burn x), or do not with my acne concealer. Help?
