Open Question: Tiny bumps all over face? Please help?

I really have acne, or many zits, but I rest during the month. I have my face all of these tiny bumps for a long time – they are very far from the notice, but you can see they are really close. I have tried to Lunya Fu, Neutrogena, and many other products. This is my crazy …. driving, especially as young people and all. Do you have any experience in this area? Have any suggestions? Thank you =]
