Open Question: Is it Okay to use an exfoliator if I have the Chicken Pox?

I got the chicken pox today it is actually very mild, but I have some of my face. I was 17, is the chicken pox, the number of days will eventually get worse? My acne face wash scrub will stimulate my face chickenpox? I only have my face two chickenpox.
