Open Question: Which is the best foundation to cover up acne marks?? and what foundation do you use?

I have a liquid foundation, but it can not conceal the signs and I tried to keep applying it until the trace is almost invisible, but do not look right, you can see too much foundation. Maybe I like A. needs. Frosted-type basis? ? But I probably will not look right: /
