Open Question: Will my acne return once I’m done my 3 month course of Doxycycline?

I have been taking 2 months (100 mg) and the shot of my skin .. miracle Doxycycline now I start my doxy 100 mg of last month, I am afraid, once the end of the course, my acne will return. Does anyone have any antibiotics and acne returns to this experience?
