Open Question: Does the Neutrogena Wave actually work?

I've been using the Neutrogena stuff in the field, I work. I still have my face like tiny little acne here. They did not clear from the distant, but close enough if the Uruguay Round. I am mostly on my forehead. I use the Neutrogena Wave planning my dermatologist recommended. Therefore, it actuallly work? ?
