Open Question: I have a horrible painful pimple on my chin, right underneath my lip!?

I do not have a lot of acne but this time shows last night. I use clean, clear face, and then moisture, and then first aid at the scene, and no work. Generally clean and clear it away, as long as I use it. It hurt even open my mouth or move my lips. How can I do?
