Open Question: My mom won’t let me use a different facial cleanser!?

My mom bought me this thing from the U.S. market Facial Foam. I've been using it 2 or 3 years but has not been working! I've tried to compromise, talk, bribery, a second opinion (to pay my brother.), And cry. I really want to use Proactiv, cleanclear, skin ID or neotrugena. I can not buy it, because I myself, I only 10. I really tan is why I have acne? How I should do. Sometimes my mom is like obsessed with the U.S. market. She went to an annual convention.
