Open Question: Would Bronzer work for a oily face ?

I rarely acne, so I do not think I should use basis. But my skin is not easy to be with my face blinking a little oil and the picture is too oily. My skin is golden brown, because I come from a Caribbean family, so I do not know if I use copper to reduce its oil. I never wear make up, but I do use moisturizer, but it does not seem to make my face greasy just to remove any small papules.
