I do not have a lot of acne but this time shows last night. I use clean, clear face, and then moisture, and then first aid at the scene, and no work. Generally clean and clear it away, as long as I use it. It hurt even open my mouth or move my lips. How can I do?

I think I have my longer acne face wash (Neutrogena) to the more effective. The morning will be fine to leave it, and I go to bed, then wash it? * Also, if you have any tips ans I love your help, I need to get it out of the wedding next week, really fast!

I noticed this morning, I have a big red papules, and on top of my penis at the bottom of the white one kind. I have been reading, it is likely embedded acne or hair, but I just want to make sure, to see what I should do. Please help, I really was scared.
